'Reflecting on the recent Christmas holiday season, we at ByteMinds scratched our heads on how to send greetings to our clients. Based in the cozy Montenegro, shipping Christmas goodies worldwide felt like embarking on a quest, especially with the laid-back pace of Montenegrin delivery services (to be honest, we're still trying to adjust to that "polako" life – take it slow). But then, it hit us — we have English roots as originally we were founded as the technical department of the British agency Delete. Thanks to our old connection with Hayley Dunn, we found a way to express our gratitude to our clients.
Hayley's company from Yorkshire helped us put together wonderful hampers with classic English treats all branded and dispatched to our clients in record time.
Some of our clients received their gifts before New Year's, while others welcomed them in early January. The quick turnaround, especially considering that we jumped on the last carriage with the order, was truly impressive!

But what's even more touching is the feedback we received. Our clients didn't just enjoy the treats; they sent us virtual high-fives for our 2023 efforts and expressed satisfaction with the quality of our development services & client services: the speed of response to inquiries, proactivity, willingness to delve deep into issues, expertise in technologies. It's great to realize that we're doing everything right!
