Refund Policy

Our hampers are classed as ‘Perishable goods’, perishable goods are exempt from being returned. Please do not request a refund from the manufacturer directly. All our goods are sent in date and to the highest quality and standard. If for any unusual reason you have received any missing items or would like to discuss your order with us, please contact us.
Standard Delivery
We usually aim to pack and post your order within 2-3 business days. We are currently only able to offer standard delivery at the moment.
